These Terms of Service govern use of the Carrell Farms website and online store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from the store.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe products, package weights, prices, and availability accurately. Natural cuts vary in weight and appearance. Inventory is limited and may change without notice. Images are illustrative of the product or serving suggestion and may not show the exact package received.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order because of inventory errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping limitations, or other operational reasons. If we cancel an order after payment, the appropriate amount will be refunded. Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, pickup, and shipping information.

Food, pickup, and shipping

Food products require proper handling and storage. Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving pickup orders or receiving delivered orders and for refrigerating or freezing products as appropriate. Website use and intellectual property

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content unlawfully, or use the services for an unlawful purpose. Website content, photographs, branding, and other materials belong to Carrell Farms or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.

Third-party services

The store uses Shopify and may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, availability, or content. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Carrell Farms is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes, severability, and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
