Farm pickup

Pickup details and timing will be confirmed after an order is placed. Please wait for confirmation before traveling to the farm so we can have your order ready.

Frozen shipping

Frozen orders are packed in an insulated cooler with dry ice. Flat-rate shipping is based on the estimated UPS Ground transit time to the destination:

• 1 business day: $80

• 2 business days: $100

• 3 business days: $120

The applicable rate is displayed at checkout. Orders containing both frozen products and shelf-stable snacks use the frozen shipping rate.

We pack orders for frozen transit, but we do not guarantee that products will arrive frozen. Move meat to a freezer or refrigerator promptly after delivery. Do not touch remaining dry ice with bare skin; allow it to dissipate in a well-ventilated place away from children and pets.

Jerky and meat sticks

Shipping is $6.95 for 1–3 packs. Mix any 4 or more packs and shipping is free.

Delivery responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address and monitoring tracking information. Carrell Farms is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address, a missed delivery, or a package left unattended after confirmed delivery. Contact david@carrellfarms.com as soon as possible if a shipment is delayed or arrives with a problem.
