Lamb/Mutton

     Carrell Farms has been raising sheep since 2013.  Our sheep are 100% grass fed on pastures free of chemicals and GMOs.  They are born and raised in Georgia and are harvested under inspection at a USDA facility in South Carolina.  Great care is given to ensure these sheep live a specie appropriate lifestyle and are harvested humanely.

     Carrell Farms utilizes hair sheep breeds such as Katahdin and Dorper which tend to have a milder flavor than wooly breeds.
