Sausages

     Carrell Farms sausages are made under USDA inspection at the same small plant where the animals are processed.  These sausages are all our own recipes.  They contain herbs and spices, no chemicals or things you can't pronounce.  The water buffalo sausages are 100% water buffalo.  The lamb/mutton sausages are 100% lamb/mutton.  The alpaca sausages contain pork fat.
