Our stocks come ready to use as a soup base. Use it to cook rice or beans to add to the flavor and nutritional profiles. Add a dash of salt and sip a mug a day to provide your body with a powerful source of collagen and minerals.
Each stock has its own unique flavor. The alpaca stock is mild and compares best to chicken stock. The water buffalo stock is rich and meaty, comparing best to beef. The lamb would compare to lamb.
